Once your design is approved, we print ink onto a material such as coroplast, weather board, or poly bags through a process called screen printing.
Coroplast is like corrugated cardboard but made from plastic. It is a lightweight, attractive and inexpensive material used to make signs. It is a twin wall plastic separated by corrugated flutes. It is outdoor rated and weather-resistant and can be printed on both sides. Wire step stakes can slide up through the flutes for ground mounting.
Weather board is a poster board that has been plastic coated on both sides for weather resistance. It is designed to repel water and is imprintable on one side only. It is not as rigid as coroplast, but can last for short term campaigns. The weather board is creased to fold over a wire stake, then stapled for ground mounting.
A poly bag sign is a polyethylene plastic that has sealed edges on three sides and slides over a U-shaped wire stake to mount to the ground. It is outdoor material and printed on both sides. It has a interior sun block so the image can be easily read. Best value when ordering signs in the +1,500's.

We will, for an additional charge, produce an order in less than normal production time. Charges vary depending on our current workload, item involved and complexity of art. Items can also be air freighted at an additional charge. Please bear in mind that we incur additional charges to rush your order and we charge accordingly. Also, the quality of printing can be inferior. The best strategy is to plan ahead and avoid last minute changes.
You can cancel an order before it has been produced. There will be no cancellation charges if the order is cancelled before artwork begins. There will be a $25.00 charge if the order is cancelled after the artwork has begun. An order cannot be cancelled once it has begun production.
Any order calling for quantities between standard quantity price breaks will be priced at the lower price break.

Each state and voting authority has different laws regarding political advertising and YOU the customer is responsible for including required funding declarations with each order.
Yes, weatherboard and polybag signs can include union labels. Coroplast signs are not produced in a union shop. But we can include a reference if paid for by union contributions.
The signs are most often sold with the appropriate mounting stakes. The stakes are pushed into the ground. Sometimes, customers want to attach the signs to wooden stakes or poles. We do not supply wooden stakes, so get them supplied locally. When attaching to wooden poles use a roofing nail with plastic washer. When attaching coroplast signs to wooden stakes it is best to print the signs with horizontal flutes for additional rigidity.
That depends on the wind and weather conditions. The metal signs are the strongest, then the coroplast, then the weather board, then the poly bag. Also, governing authorities may have rules on how long signs can be displayed.
We will select the most economical method of transit unless you specify a preferred carrier. Signs are delivered prepaid by common carriers like UPS or FEDEX Ground. The freight carrier may apply additional shipping charges according to their policies, such as, residential deliveries, address corrections, and telephone verification. If Motor Freight Carrier is necessary there is a crating charge of $25.00.
Yes, for split shipments there is an additional $5.00 charge for each destination.
Reporting freight damage is your responsibility. If your package is damaged, REFUSE it. We will assist you in replacing the order, expeditiously. Any claims for freight damage must be made against the trucking company.
